Dear Professor Kewen Zhao,

I am pleased to accept your nomination to become an Associate Editor for IJICTE. You join a long list of scholars who are pursuing their personal and professional dominance in the discipline of teaching and learning with technology.

Your 5-year appointment will begin on January 1, 2005 and run through December 31, 2009. If at any time, you need to withdraw from the board, a written notification (emails are acceptable) would be sufficient.

The IJICTE publishes articles, papers, and manuscripts promoting the advancement of teaching with technology at all levels of education encompassing all domains of learning. The primary mission of the journal is to serve as a medium for introducing, collaborating, analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating new and innovative contributions to the theory, practice, and research of technology education applicable to K-12 education, higher education, and corporate and proprietary education.

As a reference, you may indicate in your personal vita that your appointment was accepted on this date by a board of editors who reviewed your personal vita and educational credentials.
